How the work is quoted

After the discovery call you receive a written quote for the work we agree: on demand, reserved hours, or a scoped project. All of it is billed on the hours worked, with no minimum commitment unless you choose to reserve hours. Hours bought upfront carry over from month to month, on the terms in your agreement. A scoped project gets an estimate and milestones; the estimate is a forecast, not a fixed price or a cap, and the invoice is the hours worked. Quotes and invoices are in the currency agreed with you.

The quote is net of VAT. Customers established in Romania are charged VAT at 21%. Business customers established outside Romania are generally not charged Romanian VAT: in the EU the customer accounts for VAT under the reverse charge, and outside the EU the service is outside the scope of Romanian VAT.
