CI/CD Automation
Jenkins, GitHub Actions, and GitLab CI pipelines that developers can change themselves, with scans before every promotion.
Who this is for
- Teams whose releases still take days of manual steps
- A Jenkins estate where a developer still waits on DevOps to change the pipeline
- GitHub or GitLab shops with a different pipeline in every repo
The pipeline you already have
Build, test, and deploy stages that fail for a real reason, and show the developer the line that failed. We start from the pipeline you have.
One path between environments
A change moves from one environment to the next on one promotion path the team owns. A shared library keeps each repo from becoming a one-off. Scan results sit on the build, before the promotion.
What a first project looks like
Often one pipeline: flaky tests, or a promotion someone still does by hand. We scope that piece, ship it, and leave the pattern your team can copy.
Capabilities
- GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, and Jenkins
- Shared libraries and downstream jobs
- Build, test, and a promotion path between environments
- A pipeline a developer can change
Example: Jenkins shared library
Common questions
Will you replace our CI tool?
Only if the tool is the problem. Most engagements keep Jenkins, GitHub Actions, or GitLab CI and fix the path.
Where do scans sit?
On the build, before promotion. Secrets and critical findings fail the build. Medium findings stay as comments until the team can clear them.
Can this include on-premises promotion?
Yes. The pipeline can be the one you already run. Runners stay inside each zone so a lab job cannot deploy to production.
